HOW IT WORKS

 

To rent a motorhome you first of all need to ensure you meet the driver/insurance requirements. 

 

Driver Requirements

All drivers must meet the following conditions:

• Be between the age of 25 and 70 years.

• Have held a full driving licence valid in the United Kingdom for 24 months

• Not have any driving offence convictions (motor vehicle or motorcycle) or have had their driving licence suspended or endorsed or penalty points imposed.  Parking and up to 2 speeding offences in the past 3 years may be ignored.

• In addition to the general driver requirements above the insurance company makes several exclusions which are detailed in our terms and conditions, please read these before booking.

 

 

 Booking

• Check with us via email or phone to confirm motorhome availability for the period in which you are interested.

 

• If you want to book confirm via email or phone and we will put your period on hold for a couple of days pending deposit and booking form.

 

• We will send you via email (or post if you prefer) a booking pack:

                Invoice detailing the period booked

                Information about booking and copy of driver insurance declarations

 

• Return to us the booking deposit to confirm the booking, payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.

 

• Pay the balance 6 weeks before collection.

 

• Pay the security deposit any time up to collection (must be with us in cleared funds before motorhome can be collected).  The security deposit can be paid cash on collection.

 

• Collect your motorhome at agreed time and drive away!

 

• Bring the motorhome back at the right time!!
